What inspired you to give Caffeine Bullet a try? Why did you feel like you needed a caffeine boost?

I’m really into nutrition and the science of peak performance. I wanted a caffeine product to use in workouts, particularly something portable for the end of a marathon. Caffeine Bullet seemed like the perfect option.

How did you find the taste and ease of use of our products? What do you typically use them for, and why do you prefer them to alternative products?

The mint flavor is amazing! I haven’t tried the chocolate orange yet. The claim that “it’s not a sweet” is basically a lie—it’s just like a sweet, and I love it!

I take 1 chew before all runs and 2 for speed sessions. During marathons, I take 2 chews 30 minutes before the start and another 2 hours in for the final push.

I prefer Caffeine Bullet over other products because of the accurate dosing. At 55–56kg, the 3–5mg/kg caffeine recommendation means 1–2 chews provide the perfect boost. I previously tried Revvies strips, but I would have needed to take 8 or more to feel the same effect—completely impractical!

How has Caffeine Bullet played a part in your journey to smash your personal bests? How did it make you feel to smash your personal best?

Caffeine Bullet has been a training staple since I started running in 2021. My marathon times have dropped from my first at 3:12 (Newport, October 2021) to an incredible 2:48 in Amsterdam, where I placed 6th non-elite and 2nd British female.

For those considering trying Caffeine Bullet, what advice would you share?

Go for the Mintense flavor and make sure to dose properly to get the maximum benefit.

What PBs have Caffeine Bullet helped you set (what was your previous PB, and what is it now? How long did it take you to set that PB?):

  • First Marathon: 3:12 (Newport, October 2021).
  • April 2022: 3:00:34 (Paris Marathon).
  • September 2022: 2:56 (Berlin Marathon).
  • April 2023: 2:54 (London Marathon) – qualified to represent England Masters.
  • May 2023: Bristol Half Marathon – qualified for England Masters in the half marathon.
  • October 2024: 2:48 (Amsterdam Marathon) – 6th non-elite, 2nd British female.
