Do I need to take Electro Bullet with water?
Nope! Electro Bullets can be taken with or without water, whatever works best for you. They absorb 3x faster than drinks or powders, so you can take them when you need electrolytes and drink water when you need hydration.
Can I suck on Electro Bullets, or do I need to chew and swallow?
You can do either! Electro Bullets are designed for buccal absorption, meaning your body starts absorbing electrolytes as soon as they hit your mouth. If you prefer, let them dissolve fully for maximum effectiveness.
