Hey everyone! I'm Em. By day, I'm the social media manager at Caffeine Bullet, and by night, you'll find me hitting the gym or attempting to get my 5k time under 27 minutes!
What inspired you to give Caffeine Bullet a try?
So before I started at Caffeine Bullet, I hadn't really used caffeine that much for sport or fitness because I didn't realise how much of an impact it could really make. Since learning about how much caffeine can improve endurance I started to trial them for a few runs and noticed that I was able to run further without my legs feeling as heavy in the last couple of kilometres.
And because my 5k training has being go well I impulsively decided to sign up for my first half-marathon with a friend, so I'll be definitely need to start prepping for that soon using one of our half marathon training plans - luckily we've just published some new ones ;)
How has Caffeine Bullet played a part in your journey to smash your personal bests?
Caffeine Bullets have really helped with just staying active, before joining Caffeine Bullet I hadn't run in years, so initially just being consistent with running 3x a week was a personal best for me.
Then they were key in helping me achieve my initial 5k personal best of 27 minutes as I felt like I still had a little more left in the tank in the final km to push and hit my target time.
How did you find the taste and ease of use of our products?
Honestly, I'm not getting paid to say this, but I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by how great Caffeine Bullets taste. The first one I tried was the mint and I thought it was good, but as a chocoholic the Chocolate Orange is definitely my favourite. The fact they're so small and convenient for on the go, it makes it super easy to toss in my gym bag or pocket before going for a run.
For those considering trying Caffeine Bullet, what advice would you share?
Don't wait to get hired by the company to try Caffeine Bullet! I know it's a bit rich coming from me, but they've definitely helped me stay more consistent with my training.
My advice would be to give it a shot during your workouts and see how it enhances your performance. Start with a lower dose to gauge your tolerance and find what works best for you.
